Visa Application FAQs

You do not need all the answers before you enquire. These are the questions travellers often ask first.

What types of visas can TopVisa help with?

We discuss tourist, visitor, business, student, work, medical, transit and family visa enquiries. Support depends on your destination, passport and circumstances. We also assist with ETAs for passport holders who qualify.

What documents do I need?

The checklist depends on your destination, passport and reason for travel. Examples may include your passport, proof of funds, travel plans, accommodation details or an invitation. We explain what applies to your trip; these examples are not a complete checklist.

How much does TopVisa charge?

We discuss your trip and provide a tailored quote before you decide to proceed. Ask which preparation, document review, submission and appointment support are included, and which embassy or application-centre fees are separate.

Can you help with urgent travel or after-hours support?

Ask about fast-track preparation and premium or after-hours assistance. Availability and costs are confirmed individually. We cannot guarantee submission within 24 hours, faster embassy processing or an approval by your travel date.

Can you help if I have not started yet?

Yes. You do not need to know which forms to complete or have all your documents ready. Tell us where you are going and why. We will explain where to begin, the support available and the cost.

Can you guarantee my visa?

No. Visa approval remains the embassy or consulate’s decision. We explain the requirements, guide your preparation and check your paperwork for missing or inconsistent details before you apply.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on the destination, application route, documents and appointment availability. Tell us your travel date so we can discuss what is feasible. Preparation or submission speed is separate from the embassy’s processing time; we cannot guarantee a decision date.

What if my visa is denied?

We can help you understand the reasons given and discuss support for a new application where possible. Appeal options depend on the destination and circumstances; ask which assistance is available. We cannot guarantee that a refusal will be reversed.

Do I have to go anywhere in person?

Some applications require you to attend in person for an interview or fingerprints. We explain whether this applies to your application and help you prepare, so you know what to bring before you travel.

How will I know where my application is?

We give you regular updates. Where the embassy has online tracking, we show you how to use it.

Can you help with more than one country?

Yes. Whether it's a multi-stop trip or family members travelling to different places.
